Take Five Anywhere - Bassetlaw app for iPhone and iPad

The Take Five anywhere – Bassetlaw app is designed to be used by the young people in the Bassetlaw District of Nottinghamshire. It enables pupils (whose schools are licensed to use the ‘Take Five at School’ resilience building programme) to access Take Five practices when they are away from school. Via the app, the children can participate in Take Five practices led by local children and adults. They can also categorise the practices and create a favourites list, so that they can build their own ‘Library’ of practices to help them feel strong and resilient; for example, they can group practices that help them ‘feel calmer’, ‘manage anger’ better or ‘energise themselves’. The app is designed to work on Apple and children can access it via a username and password issued by their school.
